Set Designer

This is a volunteer seat for one year. No member of a TEDx organizing team may be paid, in any form — it is a condition of the license, not a budget decision.

What the seat carries
  • The Set Designer is responsible for creating and preparing the visual setup of the TEDxShare e Naw event space in line with the event concept and TEDx standards.
  • Key Responsibilities:
  • - Develop the stage and event-space design.
  • - Plan décor, layout, backdrop, and visual elements.
  • - Coordinate with the production and events teams on setup needs.
  • - Oversee installation and ensure the set is ready before the event.
  • - Follow TEDx branding, safety, and quality standards.
  • Preferred Skills: Creativity, visual design, spatial planning, attention to detail, teamwork, and time management.
