Curator

This is a volunteer seat for one year. No member of a TEDx organizing team may be paid, in any form — it is a condition of the license, not a budget decision.

• The Curator is responsible for identifying strong ideas, supporting speaker selection, and helping shape high-quality TEDxShare e Naw talks and event content.
• Key Responsibilities:
• - Research and identify potential speakers and meaningful ideas.
• - Support speaker outreach, screening, and selection.
• - Review talk concepts and help speakers strengthen their message.
• - Coordinate with the Lead Curator and event team throughout the curation process.
• - Ensure talks align with TEDx content standards and event goals.
• Preferred Skills: Research, critical thinking, communication, interviewing, attention to detail, teamwork, and strong judgment.
